چکیده
آزمایشی به منظور بررسی اثرات فرم فیزیکی خوراک و مکمل های خوراکی پروبیوتیک و پری بیوتیک برعملکرد و خصوصیات لاشه جوجه های گوشتی انجام شد. تعداد 264 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه کاب 500 به صورت آزمایشات فاکتوریل 2*2*2 در قالب طرح های کاملاً تصادفی، با 24 واحد آزمایشی ( 8 تیمار با 3 تکرار و 11 قطعه در هر تکرار) استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل دو فرم خوراک (آردی و پلت)، دو سطح پروبیوتیک (پری مالاک، صفر و 900 گرم/تن) و دو سطح پری بیوتیک (فرمکتو،صفر و 2 کیلوگرم/تن) بودند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که فرم پلت باعث افزایش مصرف خوراک، وزن بدن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک شد (0.05>P).اثرات متقابل بین شکل خوراک و مکمل پروبیوتیک بر اضافه وزن هفته های چهارم و پنجم دوره پرورشی معنی دار بود (0.05>P)، همچنین افزودن همزمان مکملهای خوراکی پروبیوتیک و پری بیوتیک اثر معنیداری بر ضریب تبدیلغذایی در هفته های چهارم و پنجم پرورشی داشت (0.05>P).در خصوص ترکیبات لاشه، فقط وزن سنگدان تحت تأثیر شکل خوراک قرار گرفت (0.05>P)و مکمل های خوراکی اثر معنی داری بر ترکیبات لاشه نداشتند (0.05<P). نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که شکل خوراک به صورت پلت باعث بهبود معنی دار عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی در سنین مختلف میشود و اثر پروبیوتیک و پری بیوتیک تنها در سنین پایین بر عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی معنی دار بود.
